The pantheons presented in Scion draw from mythology across the world, giving players the ability to associate their characters with any of the pantheons:

  • The Æsir of Ásgarð: Including all our favorite Norse deities from the original book!
  • The Devá of South Asia: the Gods of Hinduism
  • The Kami of Japan: Formerly the Amatsukami of first edition, the pantheon of the Shinto gods of Japan
  • The Manitou of Anishinaabek: One of the oldest Pantheons existing since the world was born.
  • The Netjer of Egypt: A face-lift and improvement on the original Pesedjet.
  • The Òrishà of Yorùbáland: The spiritual predecessor and improvement on the original Scion Loa Pantheon, this African Pantheon has a lot going on, even Mami Wata being reinstated as a goddess instead of a Titan!
  • The Shén of China: Yeah, the Celestial Bureaucracy is back and better then ever to put things to order.
  • The Teōtl of the Mexihcah: a better flushed out version of the original Atzlánti.
  • The Theoi, the Greek & Roman Gods: Sure shorten the name from the old first edition, Dodekatheon why dont you.
  • The Tuatha Dé Danann of Ireland: They did a great face lift from the first edition Scion Companion books Tuatha.
